Know of any excerises that target Kyphosis Lordosis posture? - kyphosis more condition_symptoms
The older I get, I'm 48, the more I realized that my back to the inside curve rises and takes over my belly. It is due to the weight problems. I feel like my pelvis is tilted more in the future. It's really hard for me to get in the slope, without bending the knee. I would not just stop to this trend, but to resolve the existing problems. Any advice appreciated.
