My parents had a black truffle from Perigord in France Regon had 18 months ago by a local farmer, which is sealed in a glass with a little salt. However, it was 18 months ago - were kept in the refrigerator, but they are gone? What is the best way to cook / use to the taste of olive oil? Ideas? Thank you.
