Wheelchair Battery Charger Merits MP3W Electric Wheelchair, Is There A Sequence Of Pressing The Buttons To Get The Controller To Work?

Merits MP3W Electric Wheelchair, is there a sequence of pressing the buttons to get the controller to work? - wheelchair battery charger

I bought required (free) a substantive power wheelchair MP3W, 350 pounds of the CAP. It's in good shape, but a few years sitting in a garage. I shut the charger to the battery and after several hours of loading, the Chargers have a green light indicates the batteries are fully charged. Added to steer the rear wheels of the hand of the driver. I clicked on the button and the yellow-red-green lights flashed up and down, then off 10 times. There is a sequence of press information, press the button twice or three times to get the driver to the rear wheels work. When I click the ON button and the horn Buttom 3 yellow light in the room, but still no movement of the rear wheels when the switch on the controller. The horn button no sound. Could it be toooooo old batteries and can no longer sufficient charge on the chair, or perhaps corroded the magneto inerdurds engine configuration and can not move back. Looks like a "carriage" to the dealer at a glance. I hope this is something to do what I have to startController. Thank you for looking at my questions. Happy Wheeling ,,,,,, JACK *
